How it works

We don’t sell you a tool. We build the thing and then we run it.

Nobody on your team has to learn a new system, maintain a workflow, or become the person who understands the automation. That is our job, and it is what the monthly fee is for.

The engagement

Two weeks from first call to live, in four steps.

  1. Day 030 minutes

We map where the work leaks out

One call. We walk through how an inquiry reaches you today, who touches it, where it stalls, and what a booked job is worth. You leave that call knowing which automation pays for itself first, whether or not you hire us.

  2. Days 1–101–2 weeks

We build it against your real traffic

Every message written in your voice and approved by you before it goes anywhere near a customer. Connected to the calendar, phone number and customer records your team already uses — not a new system to learn.

  3. Day 10Half a day

You test it, then we turn it on

You run real inquiries through it and tell us what sounds wrong. We fix those, then it goes live with a walkthrough for whoever answers the phone. Nothing switches on that you have not heard yourself.

  4. OngoingMonthly

We keep it working as you change

New services, new locations, a busy season, a price change — the automation changes with you. You get a monthly page showing what came in, what it turned into, and where work is still leaking.

How we work

Four commitments we do not negotiate on.

These are the parts that decide whether an automation is an asset or an embarrassment. We would rather lose the work than get them wrong.
  • You approve every word

Nothing reaches a customer in your name that you have not read and signed off. There is no setting where it improvises.

  • It hands over to a person on your terms

You decide when a conversation stops being automated. When it does, whoever picks it up already has everything gathered.

  • We build into your systems, not around them

Your calendar, your phone number, your customer records. If your team has to open something new every morning, we have failed.

  • Consent and opt-out are handled properly

Every automated message records consent and honours an opt-out immediately, in every country we operate in. It is the law, and it is the only way this lasts.

Or start with the evaluation and bring the result to the call. Either way you will know which automation pays for itself first before you spend anything.
