Plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians and emergency service crews
The burst pipe at 11pm goes to whoever picks up first.
It is rarely the best plumber who wins that job. It is the one who answered. Flowlify picks up every call, text and form the moment it lands — triages the emergency, quotes the routine work, and has tomorrow’s run sheet built before you are out of bed.

What changes
The difference shows up in the book, not the dashboard.
Every after-hours call gets a human-sounding answer in seconds
Not a voicemail beep. The caller hears what you charge for an emergency call-out, when someone can be there, and gets a booking — while they still have your number open.
Emergencies jump the queue on their own
A burst main and a dripping tap do not get the same reply. Urgency is read from what the customer actually said, and the genuine emergency reaches your on-call phone directly.
Quotes go out the same day, not the same week
Job details, photos and access notes are collected up front, so the quote you send is one you can stand behind — and it goes while they are still comparing.
Tomorrow’s schedule builds itself overnight
Confirmed jobs land in your calendar with the address, the fault and the parts flagged. Nobody spends the first hour of the day on the phone rebuilding a run sheet.
Where we start
The three builds that usually pay for themselves first.
- Answered in ~12s
After-hours intake
Every call, text and form outside business hours is answered, triaged and either booked or escalated to your on-call number.
- Routed in ~30s
Emergency triage and dispatch
Urgency and job type are read from the customer’s own words, then routed to the right van with the fault, address and access notes attached.
- Runs for 21 days
Quote follow-up
Unanswered quotes get chased on a schedule you set, in your voice, until the customer books or tells you they went elsewhere.
The fair objection
“My customers want to talk to a person, not a robot.”
They do — and they get one. The automation handles the part nobody wants at 11pm: confirming you exist, that you cover their suburb, what a call-out costs, and when you can be there. The moment a job is genuinely urgent or genuinely complicated, it goes straight to your on-call phone with everything already collected. You decide where that line sits, and we set it up that way.
Questions
Before you ask.
Does this replace my answering service?
For most shops it replaces the after-hours part of it, which is usually the expensive part. It answers instantly, never puts anyone on hold, and passes real emergencies to your on-call phone. If you keep a service for daytime overflow, the automation works alongside it.
Will it book jobs I do not want?
Only if you let it. We set the rules with you: which suburbs you cover, which jobs you take, minimum job value, and what the automation should say to work you would rather decline. It follows those rules exactly and does not improvise.
What if I already use job management software?
Good — we build into it rather than around it. Jobs, contacts and notes land in the system your team already opens every morning, so nobody has a second place to check.
