An empty chair cannot be sold twice.
Every gap in the book is revenue that expires at the end of the day. Flowlify answers new-patient enquiries in seconds, fills cancellations from your own waitlist before the slot goes cold, and brings the patients you already have back on schedule.

What changes
The difference shows up in the book, not the dashboard.
Cancellations refill from your waitlist automatically
The moment a patient cancels, the slot is offered to the people who said they wanted an earlier appointment — in order, until someone takes it.
Recalls go out on time, every cycle
Six-month check-ups, treatment plans that stalled, and patients who have not been in for a year are contacted on schedule, without anyone remembering to do it.
New-patient enquiries are answered before they call the next clinic
Fees, health fund and insurance questions, and first-available appointments — answered in seconds, at the moment someone is deciding where to go.
No-shows drop because reminders actually get replies
Reminders that a patient can answer — confirm, move, or cancel — in one tap, which turns a silent no-show into a slot you can still fill.
Where we start
The three builds that usually pay for themselves first.
- Offered in ~60s
Waitlist and cancellation fill
An opened slot is offered to matching waitlisted patients in sequence, and closes itself the moment one accepts.
- Runs continuously
Recall and reactivation
Check-up cycles, unfinished treatment plans and lapsed patients contacted on your schedule, with opt-out honoured immediately.
- Answered in ~12s
New-patient intake
Enquiries answered and booked, with forms and health-fund details collected before the appointment rather than in the waiting room.
The fair objection
“We handle patient health information. Is this safe?”
It has to be, so we build for it. Automations are scoped to appointment and contact data — the minimum needed to book, remind and recall — not clinical records. Consent and opt-out are recorded on every automated message, data stays in the region you nominate, and we will sign the agreements your regulator expects. If a workflow you want would need clinical data, we will tell you plainly and design around it.
Questions
Before you ask.
Does it connect to our practice management software?
That is the intention, and it is the first thing we check in discovery. Most practice systems expose the appointment and patient contact data we need. If yours does not, we will say so before you spend anything.
Who decides what the automation is allowed to say?
You do, and you approve every message before it goes live. Clinical claims, pricing and anything advertising-regulated is written or signed off by your practice, not by us.
What about patients who do not want automated messages?
One reply opts them out permanently and that is honoured across every automation immediately. It is both the law and the only way this works long term.
