What we collect, and why.

Your answers about how inquiries reach your business — industry, team size, channels, volumes, response times and your main bottleneck — along with the contact details you enter: name, business name, work email, and optionally a phone number and website.

Your answers are scored in your browser to produce the result you see on screen. The full submission is then sent to our systems so we can prepare and send your evaluation.

We do not put your answers in the page URL, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside Flowlify.

To produce and send your evaluation, and to follow up about it. That is the only reason. If you tell us you are not interested, we stop.

TODO — state your retention period, for example: evaluation submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless you become a client.

TODO — name the countries and providers your n8n instance and any CRM or email tooling run in. Visitors in Canada and Australia are entitled to ask, and clinics will ask.

Write to hello@flowlify.io and ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will action it and confirm when it is done.

Depending on where you are, those rights come from PIPEDA in Canada, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles in Australia, or applicable state privacy law in the United States.

This site stores one preference in your browser: the country you select for pricing. It is not tracking, it is not shared, and clearing your browser data removes it.
